The process makes rugged shoes that tackle the challenges that workers are exposed to in construction, mining, metallurgical and other manufacturing industries. The uppers are made of leather in combination with various imported raw materials. Mallcom’s shoes use imported steel plates and toe caps to protect its wearer from falling object and penetration of sharp objects.

Tiger Steel® and Panoply® are registered branded safety shoes that Mallcom manufactures in two locations in India. Since 1999, Mallcom has been poised in manufacturing of safety shoes as per EN 345. Now with a monthly production capacity of more than 1,500,000 pairs per year, Mallcom is the leading safety shoe manufacturer and distributor from India. With two production facilities in Kolkata and Haridwar (240 kms from New Delhi), Mallcom’s safety shoes are being marketed in Europe, Middle East and South Asia.

Being a quality manufacturer, Mallcom Group has now poised in leather tanning. It has set up 4,000 m2 site, highly automated, and fitted with modern, high-performance equipment safety shoe upper leather tannery. It treats 300,000 square feet of bovine leather per month.
